Thuraya's career as a luxury high-end designer has spanned continents. Her early success in her International career as an Interior Designer began in places like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Panama, the Caribbean and Hawaii. Her commercial portfolio has ranged from hotels, retail shops, banks, and a prestigious specialty hospital. Residential projects consisted of palaces, high-end homes and luxury apartments.

Returning to the United States and settling in South Florida, her luxury high-end Interior design portfolio includes residential & commercial projects. Thuraya also has experience as a project manager for a furniture manufacturing company. She worked with local and Chinese manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the integrity of design and quality control.

Thuraya pivoted to art production for hospitality design, healthcare, corporate and residential projects. Thuraya earned the recognition as a prestigious art consultant. Installations included The Breakers and Margaritaville Resorts to name a few. This experience has added an invaluable dimension to her design ethos bringing an understanding of art curation to the home.

Thuraya Khatab was assigned to complete the design production for our full renovation, Waikiki hotel project, while working at Bryan Ashley International. Thuraya was very professional, very talented, suggested and found creative solutions to every challenge encountered in this 119 unit Hotel Condominium project. Since the units consisted of small kitchens (Studio Units) and Large full Size kitchens (One Bedroom Units), there were unanticipated obstacles in the process. Thuraya handled and subsequently processed, for manufacture, the designs for all of the case goods and furniture required. She was very professional, very motivated and very entrepreneurial in her approach. It was always a pleasure to work with her and we would highly recommend Thuraya.
